Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ketamine and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, and Death Doula with lived experience navigating Autism, ADHD, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder who offers therapy, integration work with ketamine and other altered states of consciousness. I enjoy working with individuals who want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and their connection to others and community.
Holistic, strengths-based approaches which address multiple dimensions of the person drive my practice. I encourage incorporating spirituality, mindfulness, connection to the natural world, and use a decolonizing framework as part of the healing process. I am trained as a Ketamine and Psychedelic Psychotherapist and an End-of-Life/Death Doula.
I firmly believe I need to feel like a good fit for my clients in order for the therapeutic relationship to be effective. I recognize my interventions may not meet every client's needs and encourage clients to schedule a 15 minute consultation call prior to scheduling an appointment with me.
