Inner Compass Coaching is a collaborative online safe place where someone can come to better understand who they are, why they are the way they are and establish a plan to become the person they want to be. People going through life transitions be it within relationships, careers, life stages and loss can find value in working with me to better cope with life and it's heaviness. Individuals who sense they're not living to their potential can benefit from this space. Someone who feels like a passenger in their own life due to stress can also find value in this space.
Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory and Mindfulness are all theories that inform who I am and how I show up with people as a coach. It's by belief that when we learn to accept all of who we are and use our body as a tool to get to that acceptance, we can live more contently in the present moment.
