I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, perinatal mental health struggles and who have experienced trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to help them recognize and change patterns or beliefs that may be holding them back from growth or healing. My goal is to help clients increase their awareness of their own inherent wisdom, and to create roadmaps through life's challenges using their own experiences and intuition as guideposts.
My approach to therapy is based in a Cognitive Behavior Therapy foundation incorporating mindfulness and somatics. I have extensive clinical training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Life Span Integration Therapy.
Using an eclectic approach to therapy allows me a holistic perspective of human nature and the ability to tailor therapy to each clients individual needs and goals.
