My approach integrates the mind, body and spirit for healing and reconnection to your true self. It's my greatest passion to help people get unstuck and have greater life satisfaction. My approach is psychodynamic drawing upon internal family systems, inner child work, CBT, guided imagery, Inner Bonding and the Release Technique.

Releasing Stress and Anxiety
This is an online support group for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, and fear and difficulty coping with life's stressors. Together we will look at ways to positively reframe situations, access inner strength and resiliency. Some of our group topics will include: rediscovering one's true values, finding your unique gifts, letting go of what doesn't work anymore and healing negative beliefs.
