cbt & dbt skills class
The OHM SCHOOL offers live-virtual classes for neuro-resiliency, stress management, and deep reflection. We practice mindfulness, CBT and DBT skills, along with yoga and qigong. Plus access to an ever-growing resource library of embodied mindfulness practices. This is ideal for folks who are new to therapy, looking for maintenance between therapy sessions, and those who want to improve their overall wellbeing.
