I help my clients to find ways to live satisfactorily and meaningfully, through the acquisition of skills that allow them to overcome fears and life challenges. My clients learn to manage unpleasant bodily sensations and intrusive thoughts. They adopt new ways of thinking and modify unhealthy behaviors.
Psycotherapy is a collaborative and dynamic process. Every session is uniquely designed to meet individual needs, using research-supported treatments and a touch of creativity. I am currently only offering telebehavioral services.
I employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy to treat a variety of disorders, such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Disruptive Behaviors. I use ERP and DBT when needed as well. My greatest satisfaction overall is observing my client's progress.
