I work with adults of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, life-transitions, grief and loss, career and academic burn out, relationship issues, trauma and many other challenges.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning that I use a variety of evidence-based treatment options to meet my client's diverse needs. I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) from a Mindfulness-Based and also Trauma-Informed approach.
I am certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, which I effectively integrate in to my therapy if a client requests. Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques can be very effective in treating various disorders and conditions including weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, surgery preparation etc.
