Indira Kate Kalmbach, M.A., LPC, is a graduate of Northwestern University where she received a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Northwestern University teaches psychodynamic therapy. This is an evidence-based style that emphasizes the client-counselor relationship and focuses on finding and changing dysfunctional patterns of suffering.
Indira’s life equipped her to understand how complicated life and relationships can be. Sometimes it felt as if the challenges she encountered outweighed her ability to cope with them.
