As an Art Therapist, I offer a nonverbal approach raising awareness of both the conscious and subconscious facets of the self. I warmly embrace all forms of creativity, whether you enjoy doodling, collaging, exploring multimedia techniques, or painting. I also incorporate methods such as CBT, mindfulness approaches, and psychotherapy into my practice.
