I have spent the last 15 years working as a school psychologist, adjunct professor, and contractor. I have served students from preschool to high school aged and worked in the full range of settings from public schools, charter schools, to non-public schools. I am a proud graduate of the University of California, Davis and California State University, Sacramento. In 2010, I obtained my License as an Educational Psychologist (LEP # 3165).
I specialize in providing evidence based interventions for children with anxiety, ADHD, and autism or any combination of those issues. I also have a unique experience in that I am blessed with a child who has been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder so I understand disability from both the parent and educator perspectives.
I conduct strength based psychoeducational assessments and counseling services for individuals or groups with expertise in: Anxiety/Coping Skills training through Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, Mindfulness training, Self-regulation training Social skills training. I can also help parents navigating IEP's and systems of support and/or inclusion.
