I have been practicing psychology very successfully in the Indianapolis/Carmel area for over 20 years. My story includes how I overcame my own struggles during a difficult divorce and the death of my father by using highly researched and validated techniques. As a result, I have mastered a clinically valid approach to overcoming life challenges. I believe my role is to serve as a facilitator to assist you in healing and realizing your true potential by developing the skill set to walk a uniquely determined path toward self-actualization.

I offer a therapeutic approach that is warm, non-judgmental, and engages the client. I provide short and long- term therapy to Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families. I am a compassionate therapist who has treated clients with a range of clinical issues. My approach provides a safe way to deal with major life changes. I strive to create a positive and calm atmosphere of acceptance for you as we work to achieve your goals. I will offer you insight and provide you with thoughtful feedback. Amanda’s (she/her) clinical interests include anxiety disorders, sexual and gender identity, eating and body image issues, fertility and family planning issues, the unique needs of high school and college students, and working with the LGBTQ+ community. She has over 10 years of experience working with a diverse range of individuals in terms of socioeconomic status, age, ethnicity, gender. Amanda is committed to providing supportive, affirming, and professional therapy services to assist individuals and families in improving their mental health, enhancing their life experiences, and empowering them to be a part of their own growth.
