I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing in-person and virtual therapy to youth and adults. My goal as a therapist is to build connections within the family structure while aligning with individual client goals. It is important to me that my clients feel safe in treatment regardless of background, orientation, and family structure. I enjoy working with adolescents through young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also work with couples who are wanting to reconnect within their relationship.

My most influential experience includes working with individuals and groups and assuring that their needs have been addressed with case management, counseling, resources, and referrals. I have not only strived to provide services for my clients but their families as well. I have experience with providing group and individual interventions. I have been exposed to individuals who have been faced with behavioral and mental health issues, mental disability, crisis intervention, homelessness, and substance abuse etc. I have provided services for individuals in various stages of development and vast populations.

My hope is that through my direct style of therapy, I can help you find your way to a more fulfilling and authentic life. I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Indiana University Bloomington in 2017 and my Masters of Social Work (MSW) specializing in mental health and addictions from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2020. I have been practicing in the social work field for 7 years working in child welfare, home based services, case management, legal system, and those in crisis. I am a trained professional with experience practicing in a wide variety of settings with a diverse group of individuals.

I am a licensed therapist with a Masters in Social Work. My degree has given me the fundamentals necessary to embark on the journey of becoming a licensed mental health therapist. It has helped me learn to identify what people think and how they react to different situations. It also helped me to recognize the appropriate way of dealing with people and helping them without making them feel uncomfortable.
