Integrating art therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and talk therapy, I offer a unique treatment approach for adults, teens, and families. In my 27 years of practice, I have extensive experience working with trauma (PTSD), abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders (including OCD) and interpersonal/relationship difficulties. My approach is supportive, collaborative and strength-based. I find fulfillment in helping individuals experience empowerment, increase resilience and make life changes that are sustainable and rewarding. I am not currently accepting therapy clients, but my practice is. I specialize in comprehensive psychological assessments related to diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations, including educational, ADHD, and emotional, behavioral, and personality functioning assessments. I also conduct pain pump evaluations. I have a passion for working with adolescents (16+) and adults struggling with addiction. I also enjoy working with adolescents and adults presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and personality disorders.

I see clients from all walks of life dealing with many different struggles and issues. I find most people are often just trying to manage the stresses of everyday life, overcome negative habits, or find closure and peace with past trauma. Often they just want to find new and better ways to cope or be able to change how they think and feel.
