I chose to be a therapist to help clients understand that they are valued, and they can accept themselves, flaws and all. Our collaborative efforts will establish a strong therapeutic relationship focusing on goals to create healing. I am transparent in the active healing research-based approach we will use in sessions. I want to empower clients to increase coping skills as well as engage in healthy relationships.

I am deeply committed to guiding individuals through the process of healing and reclaiming their lives. Many of my clients experience depression, anxiety, dissociation, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My journey into the field of therapy began with a profound fascination for the resilience of the human spirit and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those who have experienced difficult life events. It is my hope that together, we can build a foundation for healing, growth, and a renewed sense of hope.

I have been licensed in the state of Florida since 2017 and in Indiana since January of 2023. During this time I have worked with clients ages 5-97 with issues ranging from depression and anxiety to schizophrenia and psychosis. My specialties are working with adolescents and addictions. I have a wide range of skills that include, but are not limited to, improving coping skills, stress management, relationship enhancement and managing moods. In addition to these interests, my passion includes working with children, adolescents and their families. I use play and sand tray therapy to compliment the therapy process, allowing children to express themselves, while including the caregivers and siblings, to help the entire family reach their goals.

The past several years have thrown many challenges at our youth and many of them are struggling with keeping up with school, friends, all while healing from so many changes! Therapy helps sort through difficult thoughts & feelings while teaching teens learn to advocate for their needs appropriately.
