My ideal client would be motivated, perhaps has tried other therapies they did not find helpful, and are ready for a new approach, addressing core issues of beliefs. Elijah is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master's degree from the University of Southern Indiana. He specializes in trauma, addictions, and working with individuals on the spectrum. He has served a variety of diverse populations: home-based therapy with children and families in the child welfare system, generalist and addiction services in community mental health, corrections and incarcerated populations, as well as private practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and prior to my licensure completed a Master of Divinity in biblical counseling. Sarah Dotson has been a licensed clinical therapist since 2014. She graduated from Kentucky State University in 2011 with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with her Master's degree in Social Work. Sarah believes in a well-rounded approach to therapy to incorporate physical and mental well-being. She also encourages reflection to find the root of the issues that are present. Sarah primarily utilizes EMDR and DBT therapy, as well as IATP. She specializes in trauma, attachment disorders and personality disorders.

VPS provides sport and performance psychology services to individuals in a variety of performance domains (e.g., athletes, musicians, business professionals, military, etc.). Services include mental skills training as well as mental health counseling for both individuals and groups in order to help clients perform at their highest level.
