As your therapist, we will process anxiety, depression, past traumas, reroute negative behaviors, & learn how lived experiences impact the way you view the world currently. My clients often seek therapy because they are wanting to uncover the meanings behind their emotions; together, we are often able to uncover the meaning behind these emotions by better understanding past traumas encountered. Only then, can we replace negative behaviors that have stemmed from these traumas, together. I provide a safe & genuine space for LGBTQ clients & practice from an inclusive & client-centered perspective.

My ideal client would be someone who is committed to their healing journey and willing to reach their mental health and personal goals. My clients would be ones who may have anxiety, depression, substance use/abuse issues, and crises.

Madelyn Hardwick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who has been practicing since 2020. She has an MSW from Indiana State University, a BSW from Indiana State University, and an Associate's Degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Madelyn can help her clients by meeting them where they are, adapting to their individual / specific needs, and working on building strengths and identifying positives in their lives and about themselves. Madelyn prides herself in her ability to build relationships with patients and her ability to help them find comfort in the safe space of her office.

Difficulty in the face of thoughts and emotions is common, but something to remember is that all these things are adaptive and can be compensated for or re-adapted to meet your needs.

The story of our lives often shape our day to day experiences. As we open up to our story and how we ended up at a certain space in our lives, we begin to see patterns. We begin to see unhealthy ways we have responded to people, relationships that have been less than productive, or events that unfolded different than we had hoped. In order to grow and set a new course, we need to identify the patterns that have lead us here. Therapy is about doing just that - uncovering underlying, most the time subconscious, ways of thinking, so that we can become the people that we want to be.

I have been providing individual and family therapy services since 2020, and have been working with at-promise youth and their families through Indiana's Wraparound program since 2018. I have found so much joy in working with children, teens, and young adults to meet their goals and reflect on progress they have made. I welcome individuals of all ages who possess the desire to improve their quality of life, but may be unsure of the steps to take to do so.

I am an EMDR-trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker and work with adults in individual therapy. Most of my clients come to therapy wanting to gain a better understanding of how their experiences have shaped them and break free from their past. I specialize in treating trauma to help individuals gain insight into how traumatic experiences have shaped the way they view themselves, relationships, and the world around them. My goal is to help someone develop self-compassion and take steps towards building a future for themselves without misery and suffering.

Adam is a U.S. Navy (FMF) Corpsman and Iraq war veteran who has dedicated himself to helping individuals and their families recover from trauma/PTSD and moral injury. Adam also brings several years of experience working with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger management, family/relationship issues, substance abuse/recovery maintenance, mood disorders, grief/loss, and religious trauma. Adam is trained in Brain spotting, CBT/CPT, DBT, ACT and a variety of other integrative and evidence based modalities which he utilizes for trauma treatment and to help his client(s) process the roots of their problems.
