Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, in the state of Indiana. I graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a master's degree in School Counseling and Mental Health. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in the public schools and outpatient setting in our local hospital. My passion is helping families and individuals to improve communication, have better relationships and to achieve positive empowered mental health.

I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families identify how past experiences impact current perceptions of self, relationships, and safety in the world. I work with meeting clients where they are at and support them in this journey. I utilize psychoeducation and mindfulness techniques to help clients gain awareness of the mind-body connection. I have been trained in models including; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Flash Technique for working through trauma, Restoration Therapy, and I have completed Levels 1 and 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

I guide & support clients on a journey of insight, as they face emotional pain that refuses to be ignored. Hello! I am a licensed Psychologist that specializes in working with First Responders, family members of First Responders, and the LGBTQI+ population. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and consultant. My practice specializes in Anxiety, Trauma, phobias, depression, relationship issues, and more. We offer counseling (including Intensive EMDR therapy), testing, consulting, and clinical supervision.

I work best with clients who are open to reflection and exploration, both inside and outside of therapy. I encourage clients to integrate change into their own personal life based off our work in-session. I have experience with topics including but not limited to processing trauma, learning to cope with anxiety or depression, identifying and adjusting negative interpersonal patterns, and more. I am flexible and open to expanding my knowledge on my clients' presenting issues.
