I am trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and use this approach along with somatic, humanistic which means that I firmly believe that you know yourself best and I take a collaborative approach when working with you. I use my compassion, intuition, and curiosity to help you get to a deeper level of exploring, discovering, and understanding.
