I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional level II who specializes in treating trauma/PTSD, complex trauma/attachment issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and other stress-related issues. My goal is to assist you through a non-judgmental, genuine, and trusting therapeutic relationship by giving you the freedom and permission to accept all of your parts and their reactions as they are without any judgment. I want you to learn to lead yourself towards healthier reactions and an improved lifestyle and thrive. I offer consultation services to therapists.
I use a wide variety of treatment modalities and evidence-based best practices to heal trauma and any stress-related issues including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindful self-compassion and other mindfulness skills, grief and loss therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
I’m passionate about working with women who are survivors of traumatic & stressful life experiences and challenges and helping them thrive. We all have inherently good SELF that has amazing capacities that can help us all heal & thrive including compassion, connectedness, confidence, courage, calmness, curiosity, clarity, and creativity.
