Hi there! I'm Imen, a proud Arab-American therapist with a master's degree in clinical social work. My mission is to help you uncover your inner light. As a dedicated therapist I'm here to guide you through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's obstacles. My passion lies in working with minority and immigrant individuals who are dealing with grief and trauma, as well as young women who are processing identity issues, depression, and anxiety. I'm a mom of four beautiful boys who are my driven focus on making this world and community a safer, and better place.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, blending traditional therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT with spiritual practices to create a uniquely tailored experience for each of my clients.
