I specialize in treatment of adolescents and adults struggling with a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression/related mood disorders, relationship issues, and disordered eating. As an experienced high school social worker, I am also well-versed in the Special Education process and management of IEP and 504 Plans.

I believe that successful counseling begins with a genuine and supportive therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a safe and welcoming environment through compassion, warmth, honesty, and humor. My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution-focused, and highly personalized to align with each client's unique goals and values.
