Navigating an increasingly complex and demanding world can leave many of us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disordered and depressed. We carry within our hearts a deep yearning for soulful purpose, inner tranquility and intimate connection but often feel we are just surviving. My greatest passion is to help people find their power; to teach them to creatively work with their inner and outer worlds; and to aid them in detaching from toxic relationships and patterns, in drawing supportive boundaries and in expressing themselves and their gifts dynamically within the world.
I specialize in working with HSPs/Empaths, those on the spiritual path and those who have suffered from narcissistic abuse/gaslighting. My work focuses around helping you find your ground; attune more deeply to your intuition and "divine" guidance; and practice expressing yourself in a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
