Hi-I’m Ilana. I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can feel deeply seen and understood. My style is warm and relational while always being real with you. We will develop a therapeutic relationship built on trust and find ways to release worry/fear/trauma from the mind and body (Brainspotting is an incredible modality to try out!)
Prior to starting my therapy practice, I was an oncology social worker for many years. This meaningful work allowed me to get to know amazing people going through experiences that felt painful and life-altering. There are ways to heal in both mind and body.
