Hi there! I'm Ila, but you can also call me Bea Rice. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I'm here to provide you with a warm, supportive, and safe space where you can share your feelings and experiences. With more than twelve years of experience under my belt, I’ve honed my skills in connecting with clients from all walks of life, guiding them through life's ups and downs. When it comes to what clients might expect from therapy with me, it’s not always easy to give just one answer.
My approach is person-centered, which means I really focus on what has brought each individual to this journey. The wonderful thing about therapy is that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all goal or a universal coping skill that works for everyone.
