Kendra received an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and a graduate degree from National Louis University. Throughout her mental health career, she worked in non-profit, youth development, crisis intervention, case management, and more. In therapy, Kendra uses DBT, CBT, and various other approaches to help clients in identify and modify behavior.
