I treat children with behavioral problems, children-teens-adults with depression, panic/anxiety attacks, bipolar disorder, phobias, family conflicts, coping skills, academic issues, Employee Assistance, relationship counseling. Therapeutic approaches are designed specifically for the individual. Play therapy is used with children under 12. I set goals to measure progress and modify treatment based on goals obtainment and how the person feels. I focus on therapy teaching individuals better coping skills to use outside the office.
