Tiffany received her Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2012 and is pursuing a DSW through Tulane University. She has experience working with individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults who are experiencing various challenges, and she is skilled in counseling mental health and healthcare professionals. Tiffany's expertise includes helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, eating disorders, ADHD, chronic illness, divorce, and other life changes. She also has previous experience working in hospice and palliative care.

Danielle is here to empower families and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma reactions, ADHD, behavioral issues, and many other struggles. Danielle supports individuals with whom need support surrounding gender and sexual orientation (LGBTQ+ community). She also has experience working with individuals whom are in foster care or have been adopted.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in a range of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health, as well as general stress management, conflict resolution and adjustment disorders. I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Schaumburg. I am passionate about women's issues and I developed a therapy program for reducing postpartum depression while increasing the mother-infant bond for my clinical research project. I obtained an emphasis in Health Psychology that included training in hypnosis, relaxation techniques, pain management, and stress reduction. Additionally, I have an extensive background in domestic violence ad sexual assault. My therapeutic approach is eclectic utilizing interpersonal psychotherapy, CBT, feminist theory, solutions focused therapy, and client centered therapy.

I work with individuals and couples both in person and online, via telehealth. I've worked frequently with trauma and have received EMDR and Gottman Level 1 training. Hello! My name is Crystal Villegas (she/her/hers). I began my career in Phoenix, Arizona soon after graduating and took a huge leap of faith in 2020 and moved to the amazing city of Chicago where I have continued my career as a bilingual Spanish-speaking counselor. I have a background in social work, where I have worked primarily in child protective services, foster care, and adoptions. I also received my Crisis Intervention and Victimology Certifications in 2013, which allowed me the opportunity to work alongside law enforcement in the victim services department in Tucson, Arizona.

I Have worked in the areas of substance abuse and mental health for the past 29 years. I work with clients between the ages of 16 and 60. I have a strong interests in addictions, impulse control and personality disorders. I have sucessfully guided both individuals and couples through very difficult times in their lives and have seen many of them reach their highest potential in life. I put Jesus Christ at the center of my life and find a strong spiritual life helps in the healing process. I look forward to helping you reach your highest potential.
