I understand asking for help can be an uncomfortable decision we have to make during these times. As a therapist, it is my goal to empower my clients through these hardships, and bring light into their lives.

Throughout helping people in high schools, hospitals, and community mental health, I have learned that every individual requires a different approach.

Many of us struggle with difficulties in relationships, personal grief, and emotional or physical pain. We often see these as obstacles to healing with a hopeless outlook of change. We need answers, reasons, and certainty to soothe our longings or access "progress." So often this shrouds our ability to slow down and look inward. My aim is to empower you to navigate these complexities with courage and resilience. Through a holistic approach that addresses both emotional and physical patterns formed throughout a lifetime of relationships and experiences, you can learn to honor your story the way no one else can. I specialize in "Moms," working mostly with women throughout different phases of motherhood including those trying to conceive, soon-to-be, new and seasoned mothers. Protecting and supporting mental health throughout each phase may look different for each client; however, my approach is always centered on creating a warm, supportive and relatable space. I focus on connection and find space for humor. I normalize so much of what women experience along this journey in becoming "Mom" but also provide real skills to use in daily life.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2009 from Dominican University School of Social Work and have enjoyed working with individuals in community and hospital-based settings for over ten years.
