My other passion and area of expertise lies in dealing with relationship issues, grief and trauma, and all that it encompasses. I temper the process with creativity, imagination and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.

I use cognitive retraining, hypnotherapy, EMDR, IFS, HRV, and Neurofeedback (NFB) to help achieve self regulation, an internal cohesive connection and an improved quality of life.
