I work using a style of fostering trust and authenticity,starting where people want and ending when people feel their life and issues have changed and their happiness enhanced. I believe the relationship in counseling is the core issue in treatment. This is particularly important in working with children and adolescents where no work could be done without building a warm, honest, and caring connection. I believe healing comes through the mind, body, spirit connection.

With over 25 years of social work practice experience and over 10 years as a social work educator, I consider it a privilege to be able to partner with others to identify strategies to overcome current challenges, and navigate life stressors. I have extensive experience and expansive knowledge working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and emerging professionals. Empathetic, strengths-based approaches are the core of the focus of my work.

Stephanie Ochoa is a licensed clinical social worker who has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Stephanie is a graduate of Aurora University’s Master of Social Work Program. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to promote positive personal growth and healthy communication. Stephanie has experience treating general mental health and client concerns such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, transition/adjustment concerns, and behavioral management.

Sarah has extensive experience treating binge eating/disordered eating, addiction, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Sarah's biggest passion is helping client's affected by narcissism in childhood or in adult relationships that involve gas lighting, scapegoating or avoidant patterns of the narcissist's enabler that keep an individual stuck or apologizing for reasons thought to be out of one's control. Sarah is focused on those who are motivated for change by teaching the importance of boundaries w/out guilt and refocusing on items such as lifestyle choices, expectations, non negotiables and consequences.

Embracing a therapeutic philosophy centered on collaboration, I strive to foster an atmosphere of acceptance, compassion, and kindness. Drawing on nearly three decades of diverse experience in social work/mental health care, law enforcement, and psychotherapy, I approach complex issues with a curious and creative touch to examine old patterns of thought and behavior to find straightforward solutions clients can readily incorporate into their lives. I recognize the vital importance of helping clients cultivate a positive perspective, embracing work/life balance, trauma recovery, and maintenance of healthy relationships.

Jeannine Pacetti, LPC, RD, LDN Strives to help clients achieve healthy relationships and life balance. She serves clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. Jeannine is a licensed professional counselor, registered dietitian, and has over 25 years experience in education & clinical settings. She's a well respected therapist and advocate and was named School Counselor of the Year in her academic role and has developed a nationally recognized school counseling program. In therapy, Jeannine uses CBT, Healthy Mindset & Lifestyle, and Holistic Wellness to achieve client goals.

I specialize in psychological and neuropsychological assessments. The word "neuropsychological" may be overwhelming, but the experience does not need to be. Assessments assist with diagnosing neurological and psychiatric conditions such as post-concussion syndrome, dementia, vascular issues/impairment post-stroke, attention deficit disorders, autism spectrum disorders, learning disorders, psychological/psychiatric disturbances, and much more. Assessments also provide an avenue for comprehensive recommendations and collaborative treatment with physicians, professionals, and family.
