Acutely aware that life can pull the rug out from underneath us though the experince of a traumatic or extraordinary event, I use a trauma informed lens in my work. My lived expereince and theological training have taught me to appreciate the role that faith & spirituality play in healing and when asked, I will bring these tools into our work together.
