Hello, and thanks for visiting! My name is Jennifer Galle MA, LCPC, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. As a clinician, I pride myself on taking both an eclectic and holistic approach to treatment, and work collaboratively with my clients to identify their therapeutic goals, and then we develop a plan to achieve them together. My therapeutic methods focus on tackling the most problematic emotions and behaviors quickly to provide the most immediate results possible. Overall, I view myself as a knowledgeable guide and source of support along this journey, and recognize that my clients are the focus.

Sometimes all we really want and need is someone to listen to us, allow us to feel our pain, allow us to feel heard, allow us to be human. Cherly Richardson once said, “People start to heal the moment they feel heard.” I believe that creating a safe space to be your true self without judgment is essential to healing and growing.

Karyn is a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for people. Karyn provides an eclectic client centered approach, using her professional, academic, and personal experiences to help others develop a deeper understanding of self. She received her Master’s of Arts in Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University and has 5 years of clinical mental health experience in residential, emergent, inpatient, and intensive outpatient settings. Karyn works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping people find solutions to life's challenges. I encourage people to change, while offering hope and acceptance. My approach is collaborative with a focus on my clients' strengths and goals. I use a variety of therapeutic methods, with an emphasis on attachment-based, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral therapies. Developing a strong therapeutic alliance is essential to my therapy. Karaleigh obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and went on to doctoral program. Karaleigh provides telehealth and individual counseling to adults. Karaleigh has extensive experience in providing therapy to those with complex and chronic PTSD, difficulty managing stress, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. Karaleigh is trained in many empirically based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and has training with the Center for Deployment Psychology. She understands the importance of meeting you where you are at.

Life situations can promote depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, and self-destructive behaviors. Transitions, grief and loss, or anger issues might be a factor in your not having the life you'd like to currently lead. Kevin Lage is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who specializes in addiction, anxiety, mood disorders and employee wellness. Kevin’s style in therapy is open, engaging, and compassionate. His role is to help you navigate through difficult emotions and experiences, and to provide you with the tools and support you need to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life. He will listen actively to what you have to say, and help you to gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Combining my professional expertise with personal insight as a mom of two, I understand the unique challenges women face in balancing self-care and establishing healthy boundaries during their transition into motherhood. Leveraging my specialized training in perinatal and maternal mental health, I offer emotional support tailored to the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Holding space for my clients in a non-judgemental way is a fundamental aspect of my practice, allowing them to unload and to process their emotions and experiences fully.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to providing individualized care. I believe that each person is unique, and their experiences should be celebrated and honored. My person-centered approach focuses on identifying and utilizing each individual's strengths, using evidence-based practices to guide our work together. Additionally, I am dedicated to being an empathetic support throughout any transitions and hardships that life may present such as pregnancy, parenthood, traumas, grief, career transitions and more.

Annie Zubek is a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois who has been practicing since 2022. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Governors State University and an M.S.W. from UIC. Annie helps her clients achieve growth and wellness using a flexible, holistic approach in order to meet them where they are. She considers her style to be warm, inviting, and relaxed in order to create a safe environment for her clients without fear of judgement. Annie believes clients to be the experts of their own lives and that they should never have to face their challenges alone. In her free time, Annie likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Many years ago, French Philosopher Albert Camus wrote, "In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer and that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there's something stronger, something better, pushing right back".
