Mental Wellness is very important. With over 7 years of experience, I have worked with individuals and families in a variety of community, tele-health, and hospital settings. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL . My hopes are to assist you and your family in making changes for the better. The population I work in range from ages 6 to 64.

I am a licensed social worker, that has been in the field for over 7 years. I obtained my Master of Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago in 2018. I am well-trained in helping all age ranges manage symptoms related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and past traumas. I like to ensure therapy is a safe space and at the pace of my clients. My overall goal is to ensure my clients improve their overall mental health and build skills. Some of my favorite treatment approaches are mindfulness, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and expressive therapy.

Katarina Berin, LPC, believes that change starts with reciprocity and respect in the therapy relationship. She encourages self-expression, affirmation, feedback, learning, and self-awareness to help clients set goals and make new behaviors possible. Katarina earned a graduate degree in community counseling from Loyola University Chicago. She works with clients age 7 to 76 and, while delighted by all life stages, has a special place in her heart for adolescents and young adults. Katarina helps individuals facing various challenges learn to live with energy, flexibility, and peace.

Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Julia Sostrin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. Julia meets clients where they are at, with more than a decade working with multiple diagnoses and disorders. She uses integrative and eclectic approaches in order to help clients find resolutions to issues and identify patterns which may be causing them issues. Julia has worked at all levels of care and often will employ modalities and treatment approach which best fit for the client in front of her. She will do this to help them move at a speed they can feel comfortable and happy with to make the progress they hope to see.

My hope is to cultivate a relationship where collaboration is the foundation of our work and help you reach your fullest potential. Through compassion and grace, my hope is to help get you there. As a proud bilingual Latina, my passion lies in working with BIPOC adolescents, individuals, and families to decolonize therapy and work through systemic oppression. Our work together will dive into how our past is connected to our present, and can influence not only how we see ourselves, but also how our futures are impacted.

Winona Desarmes is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois. She has a Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy. Winona is experienced in working with a range of issues including mental health disorders, substance use, family concerns, autism spectrum disorders, grief, trauma, and couple's conflicts. She specializes in working with families and couples. Winona is trained in Cognitive Behavior, Dialectical Behavior, Solution Focused, Structural and Systematic therapy. Before LifeStance, Winona was working in a program for substance abuse as a couple and family therapist.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults and couples in a person-centered approach and have training in emotionally-focused therapy, attachment theory, EMDR, and psychodrama. I also have a fine arts, music, dance, and psychodrama background. I utilize an eclectic approach to accommodate what works best for each individual, seeking to foster a safe, comfortable environment to help each client fulfill their treatment goals. I have experience working with range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, extramarital affairs, relationship challenges, premarital, men's issues, and life adjustments.

Leslie Frame-Crowley is a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from Simmons University in Boston. Leslie approaches the therapeutic relationship from a client-centered perspective, believing that the client is the expert of their experience. Being a social worker, Leslie also maintains a person-in-environment perspective, meaning we are shaped by and always affecting the ecosystems of which we are a part. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys walking, socializing, community-making, writing, performance art, and exploring her hometown of Chicago.
