Sarah earned an MSW from University of St. Francis and has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD. She currently treats clients age 9 and up.

In order to continue to provide therapy services to you while minimizing current health risks, your therapy sessions will be conducted via Telehealth live video sessions until further notice. All sessions conducted through Telehealth will remain HIPPA compliant and confidential. You will recieve a link detailing the time and date of your Telehealth session. With over thirteen years of experience in the clincal treatment of trauma anxiety, and depression. Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tenhers and fathers navigating prenatal/postpartum depression.

Cory Grad is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with five years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loyola University and a Master of Social Work from Aurora University. Cory believes the mind can be a paradise or a prison, depending on the direction we steer it. He feels the meeting between client and therapist is a sacred time in which both parties work collaboratively to help the client heal, learn, and grow. By the time treatment concludes, the client is not “fixed” but rather, returning to the flow of life.
