As a licensed clinical psychologist, my practice is devoted to individuals of all ages and families who are looking for symptom relief, personal growth, and ways to improve their relationships and overall quality of life. I am comfortable working with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and adjustment difficulties.

I believe in the importance of meeting people where they are in this moment - not asking you to feel, look, or act like someone you are not. My therapeutic approach is centered around providing a caring space where you can safely share your thoughts free from judgement. As a licensed social worker from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, I have a wide range of experience in different counseling therapies. I primarily work with DBT and ACT approaches within a psychotherapy setting. My life experience with multiple alternative communities has inspired me to counsel those within such communities who might hesitate to engage in therapy. A key focus of mine is on those who identify more with their online lives than their day-to-day ones.

I focus on helping clients manage issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, compassion fatigue, anger, self-esteem, family conflict and work place stress. My approach is mostly laid back, nonjudgemental, and relationship-based. I focus on helping clients identify goals for treatment and support them in understanding their emotions, relationships, behaviors, and thoughts.

I'm a depth psychotherapist who facilitates healing and transformation through gentle but honest mutual work with emotions, behaviors, imagery, grounding, memory, story, presence, and hope. Often times we look back on our past with disdain and dwell on “what ifs” and fall into second-guessing ourselves. My goal is to create an open and safe environment where you can: raise your concerns, fears and needs; become more accepting of yourself; clarify your goals; and determine how you can work to achieve your goals and resolve current challenges.
