I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed School Counselor and Certified Life Coach. My work experience spans multiple areas including private practice, behavioral healthcare organizations, public and private schools, and mental health hospitals where I provided individual, group counseling and education. I have worked extensively with teenagers, families, individuals and children. My therapeutic approach includes family systems, eclectic and holistic approaches and other interventions that allow individuals and families as co-facilitators of emotional healing. I feel I have a keen ability to listen and understand my clients.

I have extra training in the area of family studies and crisis intervention.

Coming to counseling is a difficult decision to make. It takes strength to admit we need help. Kimberly specializes in numerous mental health issues, including: Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, PTSD, Anger Issues, Relationship issues, and Personality and Behavior Disorders. Over the years, Kimberly has gained expertise with several specialty areas and populations in mental health, including co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed/ gender-responsive treatment, and has significant experience working with diverse populations. Kimberly also has expertise working with clients with substance abuse struggles and is a Registered Dual Disorder Professional (RDDP).

Greetings, I am Dr. Edgar Ramos, founder and Director of Ramos and Associates Behavioral Health Clinic. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience in various capacities. I have worked with many populations, such as children, adolescents and adults. My experience as a director of clinical services for residential treatment services, behavioral health hospital and community outpatient clinic gives me a robust range of specialties and experiences.
