Hi ! I'm Lauren Rice, a dedicated social worker with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges. My journey in this field began with a Bachelor's degree in Family Social Services from Northern Illinois University, followed by a Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago in 2023. My professional experience includes specializing in domestic violence counseling and crisis intervention, where I employ various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I'm committed to staying up-to-date with new therapy methods to better serve my clients, always placing their needs at the forefront of my practice.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who has also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor(CADC) and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology(MCP). Much of my training has been centered in client-centered theory and I also have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition to being traditionally trained, I also incorporate​ a holistic, integrated approach toward psychotherapy which includes aspects of mindfulness and Eastern philosophy, providing individual, family and couples therapy as well as intervention work.

Tim is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who has been working in the mental health field for over 25 years. He received a Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University and is currently a School Social Worker of 20 years, working with middle and high school age students. In addition, Tim is a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a Virtual Instructional Coach for novice School Social Workers around the state of Illinois. Tim has a collaborative approach, working WITH the individual to build confidence, self-esteem, self-worth, and acceptance for the amazing differences that makes a person who they are.

Hello! I am the Co-Director and Psychotherapist with The Naperville Counseling Center. My clinical experience focus on working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with substance abuse, relationship issues, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, mood management, cultural identity issues, life transitions, and self-esteem. I enjoy working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I also speak Punjabi and have full comprehension of Hindi/ Urdu and provide bilingual counseling services to my clients.

Steve is an Illinois State Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been providing services to individuals, couples and families for over 10 years. Steve received his Bachelor's Degree in psychology from the University of Kansas in 2002 and his Master's Degree in social work from the University of Chicago in 2004. Since then he has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as either a clinical therapist or administrator.

Heather Lemke specializes in behavioral concerns, school refusal, social skill development, parent-child relational struggles, conflict resolution, the development of coping skills, stress and anger management, and general communication support. A former crisis worker, Heather's expertise also involves working with youth, post-hospitalization.

Thalia Anderen, PhD, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois, Connecticut, and New York with over twenty years' experience as a therapist. Although she routinely works with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and other relational and mental health issues, she also specializes in addiction, trauma, and bereavement. Thalia has significant experience working with trauma and disaster relief, including victims of 9/11, Hurricane Sandy, the Sandy Hook school shooting, and the 2013 Alberta, Canada floods. Thalia is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist and is also trained in hypnosis and Linehan trained in DBT.

Ronna Buckun is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with aging adults, adults, and their families. Her approach to therapy balances her genuineness, humor, and compassion with the focus on problem-solving and client growth. She possesses a direct, yet comforting style. Ronna specializes in geriatric well-being, relational and family issues. She has a great deal of experience working with grief and loss, aging issues, adjustment disorders, and health and wellness. Her methods of practice include Cognitive Behavioral, Relaxation/Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
