Our team of licensed therapists offer a wide range of services. We have offices in Naperville, Downers Grove, Palatine, and Aurora, and we also provide telehealth services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults as well as families and couples. Our therapists support those working through anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, body image, eating disorders, and other challenging mental health disorders. We also have a therapists that are experts in addressing childhood issues such as school anxiety/refusal, sensory regulation, educational/academic support, and toileting, for example.

Hello! At the beginning, my focus will be on getting to know you. Everyone has a story to tell and as you tell yours, I will be looking for your personal character strengths (we all have them). Your character strengths will help you achieve the positive change(s) you are seeking. Once I get a grasp on your strengths, we will combine your natural strengths with new strategies and supports from a variety of research-based resources. It is my goal that each and every counseling session be preventative, proactive, and/or empowering. Often, you will be given homework so the therapy continues even when we are not meeting.

Sandra Lukashevich is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She works with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families to provide counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, domestic violence, and other life challenges. Her experience also spans the life course to include counselling for self-harm, bullying, PTSD, dementia, and gender and sexual identity issues. Sandra is Gamer Affirmative and welcomes geek culture clients. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

From late-adolescents to aging adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma and substance use disorders, we will partner together to find the best course of treatment on your terms. It is important to me that we build trust and cohesively create your treatment plan on a timeline that feels right for your needs. Building trust in our relationship is incredibly important & authenticity is key. Getting to know you and your history takes some time. She has worked with individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, and who are undergoing transition and crises in their lives. Kaylyn has experience working with individuals, families, and couples. She is eager to apply her extensive knowledge base of mindfulness as well her personality strengths of empathy, humor, acceptance, and genuineness. She believes that therapy can help people discover their own vast resources for self-understanding and healing.
