I have a specialty in addiction therapy but also specialize in many other areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma and difficult life experiences. When working with clients, I seek to support and empower each individual and motivate them to work toward change. By using an integrative and collaborative approach I incorporate my background in cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and person-centered therapy. My goal is to help clients equip themselves with skills, clarity, meaning and self-awareness, so they are better able to experience a meaningful and satisfying life.

Therapy is a unique opportunity to find peace within ourselves. While it may be difficult to find the right therapist to work with, I find my warm, empathetic, friendly, straight-forward approach help my clients work through issues to find transformation and purpose in their life, as we collaboratively work to find the right approach that fits for you. I have expertise working with clients in Perinatal Mental Health, infertility challenges, all phases of pregnancy, including pre and post, and the loss of identity while in new parenting roles and different parenting challenges, which I have completed certification training.

Dr. Margret O'Reilly received a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adler University-Chicago, (August 2014), an APA accredited program. She earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Art Therapy from Adler University in (August 2009) and trained at The University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Primary Care Psychology Associates where she worked in collaboration with Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group Pediatrics, and Adult Internal Medicine in Chicago, IL.

Leah O'Brien (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, adjustment to trauma, eating concerns, interpersonal problems, life transitions, and substance use. Ms. O'Brien is integrative in her treatment approach, often combining cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, and motivational interviewing approaches. She prioritizes collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment interventions, tailored to the identified goals of each client, with an emphasis on creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.

Eve Haydt, MA (she/they) is a psychotherapist with experience working with clients across the lifespan and in a variety of clinical settings. She enjoys working with individuals with anxiety, trauma, depression, eating disorders, and body image concerns. Eve utilizes an integrative and collaborative approach to treatment with a focus on the client’s unique values and goals. She often combines CBT, DBT, and relational approaches. Eve also enjoys integrating systemic and cultural perspectives in her work with clients, and had advanced training in cognitive processing therapy for clients with trauma needs.

Dr. Jennifer Stelter is a licensed clinical psychologist seasoned in treating depression and anxiety and specialized in treating eating disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and dementia. She has 20 years experience in the healthcare field and over a decade in the long-term care industry. Dr. Stelter approaches care holistically and is experienced in providing emotion process work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and rational emotive therapy (RET). She also has significant training in the use of non-pharmacy tools in the treatment of various mental health issues.

Emiliana’s ideal client is someone who is open to the process of therapy and exploring what avenues of treatment will work best for them. Emiliana understands that individuals come to therapy in many different stages of their mental health struggles and can tailor her approach to reflect the varying levels of motivation, eagerness, and difficulties with change that may be affecting her client.

Being a therapist is a huge responsibility that I do not take lightly. I know that being vulnerable in therapy can be a challenge. The change process can also be difficult. Having said that, I do this work because I have seen change and healing happen throughout my career. Before this process can begin, it is useful to know the underlying contributing factors to the problem (s); as those factors should influence therapy. It can be difficult to change something that you do not understand.
