I am a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My approach to the therapeutic process is based on creating a healthy, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship valued on authenticity, compassion, and creativity. As a trained art therapist and counselor, I use a range of modalities to tailor the therapy to your needs. Serena is an EMDR Certified Therapist specializing in treating anxiety, depression, CPTSD, PTSD, PTSI, grief, relationship challenges, and life change transitions. Serena uses a psychodynamic approach with an emphasis on integration of emotion, mind, and body experiences through an IFS lens. Serena has 17 years of various experiences in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, dissociation, attachment, grief, relationship challenges, depression, and life change transitions.

As a therapist with 12 years of post grad experience, I work with people experiencing anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, shame, intergenerational trauma, body focused repetitive behaviors.
