Dr. Tucci welcomes you to Piece by Piece: Neurobehavioral Services. Our team is dedicated to providing patients with comprehensive testing for all ages (2-99). As neuropsychologists, we work hard to understand what is going on in your life and your most pressing concerns. We use a series of interactive tasks to then identify your personal strengths and weaknesses. In doing so, we can then help you more deeply understand your unique set of strengths and weakness and how this impacts daily life. This information is then used to determine the best recommendations to help you meet your goals.

Since 1999, Dr. Bolnick has been providing therapeutic services to individuals (i.e., school-age through adulthood) and their families. Thinking outside the box, integrating her understanding of Clinical Psychology, Learning Disabilities, Health Psychology, and Neuropsychology, has allowed her to create innovative interventions. She believes each individual and family is a unique puzzle and no single intervention works with everyone.

To young people the world is chaotic; filled with academic, parental and peer pressures. Their inner strengths and desires get lost amid the noise. I teach my client to see through the chaos and to take control of what is best for each of them. Young people need another voice, an objective voice that makes them question who they are and what they want. Not only the voice of a parent, teacher or school because all three are unable to be truly objective. My role is that of mentor/guide asking the question "What is it that you really want?"

I have over 20 years of testing experience as a Licensed Diagnostician, Educational Psychologist, and School Psychologist. I specialize in psychoeducational & neuro/psychological testing for children, teens, college students, and adults. Treatment modalities include individual, couples and family treatment. Additionally, Amyra is a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Child Specialist, committed to fostering healthy co-parenting relationships and emotionally resilient children. She works with people contemplating or currently involved in divorce, and post-decree parenting issues. Amyra also works with children and adolescents who are impacted by separation and divorce, and young adults struggling to transition or "launch" successfully into adulthood.

In my practice as a clinical psychologist, I see young adult, adult, and mature adult clients in individual therapy (18+). The clients with whom I work are often experiencing challenges with adjustment to life changes including changes in professional/occupational life, in significant relationships, divorce, personal loss in death or separation, and/or physical compromise of functioning who find a collaborative and respectful relationship in navigating these challenges helpful. As a social worker and therapist, Sachiko brings over 12 years of professional experience from her previous experiences as a school social worker, social emotional learning coach and psychotherapist. She works with children, teens and adults with a wide range of behavioral and emotional issues including substance abuse, executive functioning skills, depression, anxiety, and grief. When a client sees Sachiko for behavioral therapy and emotional intervention, including play therapy, she provides validation, collaborative problem-solving, empathy, and reflective listening.

My work has ranged from treating children, adolescents, adults and couples. Areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, relational problems, disorders usually diagnosed during childhood, and difficulty with transitions between stages of life.

I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2019. I worked in school settings and private practice providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.
