Often, life presents us with challenges. Sometimes those challenges can make us feel anxious and depressed and may lead to problems in our lives and in our relationships with our loved ones, friends, and co-workers. At other times, we struggle with the transitions that normally occur in life, an "empty nest", becoming a young adult, or maintaining intimate relationships. Counseling can provide you with a safe place to share your feelings, explore options for change and work toward managing life's challenges.

I enjoy working from a person-centered approach and believe that by working collaboratively with you, can we work towards each of your goals! I want to help and support children, adolescents, and young women with finding their strength and solutions within themselves. Helping others work through their depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life changes, as well as those living with chronic illness and chronic pain are my passion. I also specialize and have found my calling in helping those within the neurodiverse populations, such as those diagnosed with ADHD and ASD.

Let’s face it, sometimes, existing can be exhausting & I recognize that asking for help can feel scary or overwhelming. I strive to make starting therapy, & the therapeutic process, as comfortable & stress free as possible. I believe that no one knows you better than you know yourself & that we often harbor the solutions to many of our own questions. Sometimes it just takes another pair of eyes to help you see it through. I like to use a collaborative approach, which puts my clients in the driver’s seat. This gives clients the power to establish clear goals, set the pace, & explore issues on their terms while I help navigate.
