In traditional therapy, I utilize CBT and Solutions Focused modalities to work though anxiety and depression as well as grief and loss. I am privileged to help others navigate through life transitions, behavior and emotional disorders, as well as autism spectrum disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Natalie Velazquez, LPC, collaborates with clients to establish therapeutic goals that pertain to their treatment and life ambitions. She helps clients understand themselves physically and emotionally, identify triggers, regulate emotions, and understand when to use coping skills and self-care. Natalie treats adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family conflict, and more. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I use a strengths based approach and have worked with clients of all ages. My specialties include behavioral disorders, substance use, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have also worked with clients that have experienced trauma ranging from physical and sexual abuse, assault, and experiencing and witnessing violence and negligence. I do not believe there is a one size fits all approach to therapy and believe that every client is the expert on themselves.

I have a passion for couples seeking to improve their relationship with their spouse or significant other and who yearn for deeper levels of emotional, relational and physical intimacy. As a therapist and educational advocate, I work with tweens, teens, adults and families to bring out their best selves by using successes in the past to confront and conquer current life challenges. It is okay to struggle with anxiety; the goal is to make sure you don't suffer from it. Parent coaching means understanding great kids can also make bad decisions. We work together to learn practical strategies to put in your parent toolbox. I'm also passionate about helping parents trust their instincts by decoding specialized vocabulary of IEPs and help parents assert their expertise when it comes to the special needs of special kids.

To my core, I believe each individual deserves to be heard, respected, and validated, regardless of their history. We each have the capability for and are deserving of peace and healing despite where we are at on our individual journeys. There will be times when we might feel unstoppable and other times when life will be most humbling. We cannot change where we came from. Each person’s story is uniquely personal, painful, and beautiful. But there is strength in picking up our metaphorical pens and learning to rewrite our stories.

Dr. Chinni Chilamkurti is a licensed, pediatric psychologist with over 25 years of experience providing comprehensive behavioral health services for children and families. She specializes in working with children and families presenting with a wide range of challenges. Her specialty areas include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), Anxiety Disorder, Parenting and Co-Parenting. Her approach is pragmatic and collaborative. She firmly believes that resources aimed at enhancing children's emotional and behavioral resiliency are critical to help children succeed.

Dr. Glenisha Foreman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Marine Corp Veteran. Serving in the military enabled her to travel to various places around the world. During her travels, Glenisha learned from, interacted, and worked with people of various cultures and ethnicities. She continues to be open and interested in learning about what is unique to you. She has experience working in mental health, as well as substance abuse. She is passionate about working with Veterans, adolescents and adults. Life gets tough sometimes and as much as some people would like to handle it themselves know that its ok to ask for help.

In my therapy practice, I work to create a space where clients feel accepted and free to express themselves. I work with clients to help empower them in their lives, to promote healthy relationships and to build resiliency for all of life’s changes. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them develop insight to achieve their goals. It is important to me that my relationship with clients is built upon trust and that what is important to them is the focus of their time in therapy.

I have a depth of knowledge and experience in a number of areas including adult children of alcoholics, alcoholism, family of origin issues, victims of abuse, and trauma. Having worked in community services for over 30 years I have treated a wide range of populations. I enjoy working with individuals toward a more meaningful and satisfying life.
