It can be challenging to find help or to know whom to turn to when we are in the midst of our own life challenges. Whether it be life transitions, anxiety, negative self talk, or past trauma, my goal is to help each individual work through such issues in the most comfortable and compatible way for them. By providing a non-judgmental and safe space filled with compassion, each client can freely explore their thoughts and experiences. My background as a clinician serving the people of Chicago suffering from intense trauma and severe psychologic disorders, has equipped me with the knowledge to assist clients through any obstacles.
