Erica Bell, provides a welcoming environment where clients feel safe to open up in a non-judgmental space. She empowers her clients to be an active part of the therapeutic process and works with them to achieve their goals and create a life balance. Erica received a BA from DePaul University and an MA from Northern Illinois University. She has provided counseling in crisis situations as well as community, private practice, and residential settings.

We are a strength-based, solution-focused therapy center in Elmhurst, IL. We help families, couples, and individuals resolve a wide variety of behavioral and mental health issues. Suzanne Grey, LSW, adapts to the needs of her clients through open conversations about therapy goals and collaboration on an ideal treatment plan. Her mission is to help build a sense of empowerment and resilience within her clients and give them tools to help "˜ride out the wave' of intense emotional instability as it occurs. Suzanne's experience being on the opposite end of the therapeutic relationship helps her know how daunting and challenging it can be to confront trauma and pain. She inspires clients to interpret challenges as opportunities for personal growth and to make meaning from their life experiences.

I help struggling couples, frustrated parents, disillusioned teens, and others resolve a wide variety of issues including substance abuse, marriage issues, infidelity, child/adolescent behavioral problems, and more. One thing I value as a counselor is having the privilege to witness and take part in the potential for recovery and healing that can occur, even in the midst of great strife or despair.

My experience and educational background are directly related and have provided me with a well-rounded background in Therapy. I am a Military veteran with 30 plus years of experience working with patients in psychiatric hospitals, state mental health facilities, Illinois Department of Corrections, and in private practice. I am currently licensed to practice in Illinois, Kansas and Georgia. I also provide Tele-health service to Military members overseas (OCONUS).

Sharon Stengel is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois who has been practicing since 2017. As a mental health professional, Sharon can offer clients a unique combination of empathy, expertise, and personalized treatment plans to meet each of their specific needs. Sharon’s ability to listen actively and provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to openly express their thoughts and emotions makes her a valuable resource for individuals seeking mental health. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys spending time outside with her dog, cooking, and reading.

Marie Kilvington is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. She serves clients from 13 to 100, as well as younger children when part of a family counseling setting. Marie specializes in working with aging adults on a variety of issues including coping with grief and loss, unexpected life changes and life transitions. She also treats elder adult clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, family conflict, mood disorders and more. Marie sees that a key element of counseling is to start where the client is. You lead the way. Marie uses an empathetic, non judgmental and collaborative approach.
