I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. Over the last 10 years, I have had the opportunity to provide compassionate service to individuals, groups, and families who are experiencing challenges related to, depression, anxiety/panic, mood disorders, mental health crisis, substance use, psychosis, life transitions, and additional life stressors; with an expertise in the areas of grief/loss, trauma, and traumatic loss.

Looking for a therapist can be challenging, especially if it's your first time seeing a therapist. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable place for you to address the concerns you have about your mental health. I have helped many people achieve their goals, to not only manage their mental health symptoms, but to live a happier life.

The poet Rumi said, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” Emotional wounding is a very real part of human experience. It can happen as a result of trauma, loss, rejection, a serious health diagnosis or unwanted change. Like a physical wound, if left untreated it can become infected and lead to symptoms like anxiety and depression. My name is Mindy Tomlinson and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I work with individuals to heal their wounds and enter the light where insight, clarity and acceptance lead to a renewed sense of normalcy and peace in their lives.

I believe that building a trusting, therapeutic relationship with my clients is extremely important. I value meeting my clients where they are in their journey of life. By processing past experiences, we can work together to change negative patterns and build upon positive patterns.

Each person that I meet with comes through my door with their own unique story and journey. It is important to focus on the strengths of each individual and work toward building coping skills to reach their goals.

My clinical focus is on individuals struggling with depression, stress/anxiety, OCD, substance abuse, adjustment to life transitions, relationship distress, and parenting support. I believe that it is important to understand what brings each person into therapy, and tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals. I offer sessions via telehealth/video and in person in our Woodstock location, so that you can participate in therapy from where you are most comfortable.

Denene Lewis has been working in the mental health field for over 25 years and has been providing counseling services for 20+ years. Her approach is integrative and individualized to meet each client’s needs. The goal is to assist clients in reaching their full potential through education, teaching, and modeling skills while helping them identify barriers that prevent change.

With over twenty years’ experience, Dr. March works with individuals across the lifespan. In addition to therapeutic interventions, she is a Professor of Psychology and Business training graduate students. She also owns an executive coaching practice where she advances organizational leadership, communication, and change. Her passion is to help others self-reflect, looking within, to develop and reach maximum potentials.

My outlook on life is that we are all on a journey. Some people move faster than others. Some need a helping hand along the way; but we can all arrive to where we are going, where we want to be…every single one of us. I am here to help motivate when you lack motivation. I am here to listen when you feel unheard. I am here to push when you feel weak, or pull when you don’t feel strong enough. I’m also here to sit with you when you aren’t ready or feel unable to make a decision. I am here at your pace.

One of Emma's greatest passions is to help teens and young adults develop confidence and a sense of direction within themselves so they can communicate and effectively establish a clear vision for who they would like to become. Whether this is helping in areas where they feel stuck, such as relationships, career, life transitions, or somewhere else, she strives to provide a safe environment for them to express what is on their minds, learn invaluable coping skills, understand the mind-body connection and address relationship issues to build a sense of connection with themselves and others.

I truly believe we all want to better our lives one way or another and sometimes we just need a little guidance. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed or stuck in their situation by helping them break down their issue and then we will work together to establish a realistic and feasible goal.

I am fascinated by the human mind as well as how our life experiences impact the people we become. At the same time, I strongly believe that we have the power to be more than the difficult things that have happened to us. Seeking therapy can be intimidating but also incredibly rewarding. I consider it an honor to work with people on their journey to healing and self-improvement. My goal is to provide a supportive environment that is free of judgement.

Sara Rogers is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois who has been practicing since 2015. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. Sara provides an inclusive, safe therapeutic environment. Her approach is to support you by being a safe space for your challenging life experiences, thoughts, and emotions. As we move through life everyone deserves a place to feel supported and heard without judgment.

I recognize that life's challenges can leave deep emotional imprints, and my practice centers on guiding individuals through these internal landscapes with compassion and understanding.
