Hello, I am Trina Hill LCSW, CADC I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20-plus years of experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Specializing in trauma, addiction, and depression. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my approach to working with clients is deeply rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. I believe in meeting clients where they are, and creating a safe and nonjudgmental space.

Life's moments are filled with joy, disappointment, triumph and challenges. Many of these experiences leave us feeling exhilarated, overwhelmed and in search of a new path in a different direction. I believe that the therapeutic environment is a safe space where mutual trust, honesty and insightful dialogue allow you to nurture, heal and replenish yourself. The therapeutic relationship is essential to my clinical approach; a collaborative effort to support and challenge as we establish and progress toward identified goals.

You want to change or improve something about yourself but not sure what or where to start. This is where someone like me can step in and provide support and guidance in an empathic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering way. Life can throw a lot of stressors our way, and for many, this can lead to anxiety, shutdown, and/or feelings of overwhelm. Early childhood experiences have a significant impact on how we respond to stress. I specialize in treating complex or attachment trauma and have training in treatment modalities which support the brain’s and body’s natural capacity to heal. I work with teens, adults, and specifically therapists, to increase awareness of underlying patterns and assist in the healing of unprocessed events. My role is to provide support as we work together towards increasing your overall emotional capacity and regulation.
