I have worked with individuals across the lifespan with various concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, identity, education/career, and family-of-origin. I also have specialized training in working with college students, immigrants, and trauma survivors. As the founder of an organization that has seen significant growth, my interest lies in supporting leaders—whether they are in creative roles, parenting, or mental health professions—who struggle with the demands of their work environments and the prioritization of their own healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who emphasizes existential concerns at the heart of the issues that bring people into therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide individual therapy to adults across the lifespan. I received my clinical training at the University of Chicago and over my career have specialized in perinatal mental health, life transitions (particularly related to career, parenthood, and caregiver support), mood disorders, trauma, and grief and loss.

We all need an ally to get unstuck, reconnect and pick ourselves up, and I believe in doing so with warmth and respect. It can be tough to choose a stranger when we feel vulnerable and out of control. I've made it my goal to be someone worthy of that.
