I have experience in working with adults and adolescents that have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression. Most of my clients that I have supported have been uncomfortable with their daily lifestyle and are seeking to make active changes to improve their quality of life.

If you're here maybe a small part of you believes change is possible, if that part isn't there, I'll believe until you can. I provide a compassionate and caring space where you feel seen and heard, so that we can uncover your strengths, dreams, and learn how to navigate through the complexities of society, your experiences, and your feelings. My hope is to create a space of exploration and collaboration, where you can feel empowered, laugh, be vulnerable, and grow. I enjoy working with clients of all identities, including: LBGTQIA+ individuals, trans/non-binary and gender explorative folks, BIPOC and mixed-raced people.

I help others actualize the change they desire. I believe all humans possess inherit worth and value and I use a person-first lens with clients. Therapy is a place to feel heard, connect in a genuine way, and practice relational living with a supportive professional. Are you a parent needing help because your teen is struggling? Maybe you are a teen who is questioning their identity, or an adult looking for help through life transitions. My hope for clients is they come as they are, be honest about what they need, and reconnect with their truest self for long-lasting change.

I help women struggling with anxiety and ADHD gain confidence and develop skills that support their neurodiverse brains. People diagnosed with ADHD are more likely to experience challenges with anxiety, depression, and disordered eating; this combination can make functioning day-to-day feel like a constant uphill battle.

My goal in therapy is to facilitate trust, safety and healing by developing strong, authentic relationships with clients. I draw from psychodynamic and attachment theory in my work; I believe that articulating one's thoughts and feelings is a powerful process that can create profound positive change. With this in mind, I create a collaborative environment for clients in which to explore some of life’s most difficult moments.

Transitioning to parenthood and managing emotions postpartum can be difficult. As a perinatal therapist, my goal is to provide a safe space where you can process these major life changes. In therapy, I use a trauma informed approach that is strengths based. I help clients explore how different life experiences (i.e., childhood, trauma, family dynamics, life stressors) have impacted their views of themselves and internal dialogue. I partner with my clients to reframe their negative narratives, learn coping skills, and instill more positive beliefs about themselves through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I am a queer therapist with lived experience as a trauma survivor. I aim to build space where we can relate, explore, process, challenge, and heal in brave and thoughtful ways; a place to tend to yourself with compassion and build your capacity for handling difficult emotions. I strive for an inclusive therapy space that embodies anti-diet, anti-racist, anti-sexist, and other anti-oppressive lenses. I work well with people who are reflective and open. My approach is validating, curious, and relational.

I work with women experiencing stress, anxiety, body image issues, low self-esteem, issues with boundaries, relationship issues, and symptoms of depression. I acknowledge these moments are mind consuming and call for verbal processing and skill building. I meet each client where they are in their process and support them as they connect with their most authentic self.
