I use a warm, nonjudgemental approach. I work with children, teens, adults, and families. We will work together to help you cope and grow. My background includes providing therapeutic services in communities, hospitals and schools. My experience includes supporting clients who are managing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, mood disorders, trauma-and-stressor-related disorders, ADHD, life transitions, paranoia, self-esteem or body image concerns, behavioral issues, self-harm, or relational concerns. I have extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, play therapy, narrative therapy, and strength-based approaches.

The process of healing takes care, requires patience, and is unique to each person. I strongly believe that our diversity is our strength across intersections of identity and power. It's important for me to be non-judgmental, and honor lived experience. I have done work with inpatient psychiatric care, community organizing, and provided psychotherapy to individuals from teens to older adults.

My clinical experience includes working with clients experiencing depression, trauma/PTSD, self-esteem issues, attachment issues, and relationship challenges. I work collaboratively with clients, making it a priority to take clients where they are and assist them in identifying where they want to be and what holds them back from getting there. I use a feminist relational, trauma informed, and client centered approach to explore with clients how their history may be impacting their current functioning.
